Sweet Delights is committed to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you have difficulty accessing a page, requesting a cake or catering, or placing an order, please call (740) 231-2525. If possible, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what prevented you from completing it. You do not need to disclose a disability.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and correct the barrier. Our shop hours are Wednesday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. We are closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Ongoing improvements

Our online fundraiser organizer guide provides a text alternative to the illustrated PDF, with readable headings and tables.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our website as content, features, and technology change. Some payment services open on a separate provider's website; please contact us if you experience difficulty using them.
